The Oregon Clinic’s Portland Gastroenterology Division welcomes Sidharth Bhardwaj, M.D.  Dr. Bhardwaj is board certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology/Hepatology. His special interests lie in general gastroenterology, colon cancer screening/surveillance, and small bowel disease.  Dr. Bhardwaj most recently worked as an Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine for the Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology, at Indiana University Medical Center.

Dr. Bhardwaj received his medical degree from Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine (NEOUCOM), Rootstown, OH, in 1999. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at the Department of Internal Medicine at Indiana University Medical Center.  He completed his Hepatology fellowship as well as his Gastroenterology fellowship in the Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology at Indiana University Medical Center.

Originally from the Midwest, Dr. Bhardwaj graduated from the University of Akron in 1996, where he majored in Natural Sciences.  He is the author of numerous research articles and frequently presents research findings at medical conferences and assemblies.

Dr. Bhardwaj now lives in Portland with his wife and their two children.  He enjoys time with his family, travel, and exploring new outdoor activities.
